Types of Sessions:
Individual Mental Training Sessions
- Individual 60 minute sessions take place in person or via Skype/FaceTime/WhatsApp
- Clients will be taught various mental training techniques aimed at developing the mental training skills mentioned above
- Sessions are customized to match the needs of each client
- Clients will be provided with worksheets and material for mental skills development
Group/Team Mental Training Sessions
- Able to lead a mental skills training workshop/presentation for a team, club, or organization
- Sessions are highly interactive and aimed at maximizing group/team cohesion and teaching mental skills in a group format
