Empower Mental Training provides one-on-one mental skills training and group consulting. So, if you are an athlete, performer, pageant competitor, or just looking to gain a mental edge, Empower Mental Training wants to assist you! The following mental skills will be incorporated and emphasized during each training session:

Types of Sessions:

Individual Mental Training Sessions

  • Individual 60 minute sessions take place in person or via Skype/FaceTime/WhatsApp
  • Clients will be taught various mental training techniques aimed at developing the mental training skills mentioned above
  • Sessions are customized to match the needs of each client 
  • Clients will be provided with worksheets and material for mental skills development

​Group/Team Mental Training Sessions 

  • Able to lead a mental skills training workshop/presentation for a team, club, or organization
  • Sessions are highly interactive and aimed at maximizing group/team cohesion and teaching mental skills in a group format
