Pageant Contestants
Competing in a pageant is like playing a sport. A pageant contestant must be able manage pressure when at the pageant. Mental skills training can help to increase confidence, poise, and the ability to manage emotions, which could help during the interview process, talent portion, and throughout the entire pageant.
